Ray White Craigieburn is proudly managed and directed by Carlo, his business partner Andrew and their energetic, knowledgeable and service driven team. Coming from a long lineage of Real Estate professionals Carlo has the art of negotiation and leadership in his blood. Building the office from a humble 2 Salesmen and a receptionist, they are now a real estate powerhouse of 30 plus agents. Operating with innovation and professionalism they deliver exceptional results with an exciting, fresh customer service based manner to all of their clients!

Beginning his career in 1992 as a fresh, forward thinking property assistant his acute attention to detail and helpful easy going nature quickly became his trademark. Growing up in the local area and assisting with the family business meant that from a very young age his local area knowledge was flawless and when combined with a unrivaled level of customer service his customers soon became loyal clients for life. These strong relationships and vast networks meant that the transition from Salesman to business owner was effortless and the name that so many trusted soon became not just Carlo’s but his company.

When building his team Carlo has hand selected staff that embody those same family values and dedicated hard working morals which he was brought up with. When training his staff his priority is to ensure that all clients have a VIP experience and that every facet of their dealings with his company are easy, well managed and enjoyable. Customer satisfaction is paramount and it is this attribute which has built the strong foundations of this successful, ever evolving company. His time is invested in developing and up-skilling new and experienced staff and his willingness to always improve and evolve has really set the office apart from its competitors.

As a Director Carlo is constantly striving to take their business to the next level, it is this attitude that has seen Ray White Craigieburn steadily reach new goals and heights while constantly bringing their clients an experience like no other. He is a strong pillar of the community sponsoring local clubs such as Calder Cannons, Craigieburn Cricket Club, Craigieburn Lawn Bowls Club and the Craigieburn City Soccer Club and a true believer of supporting the community in which he works.
