Building the office from a humble 2 Salesmen and a receptionist, they are now a real estate powerhouse of 30 plus agents. Operating as a well oiled machine they deliver exceptional results and an unrivalled level of customer service to all their clientele!

Beginning his career at the young age of 20 in 1997 Andrew quickly emerged as an exceptional sales agent. His expert negotiation skills and dedication to bringing his clients the best possible price swiftly earned him numerous awards and a vast network of loyal clients. 8 years later the opportunity for business ownership arose and he was able to refocus his expertise from Salesman to Director.

Since 2005 Andrew and Carlo have worked tirelessly to bring their clientele a service second to none. Their young cutting edge approach has bought a fresh exciting change to the real estate market in Craigieburn. Their commitment to achieving top dollar meant that in a market where Auctions were rare and almost unheard of, they quickly recognised a missed opportunity and implemented a sales plan that changed the wider market entirely.

Currently Andrew’s time is focused on the development of his team and ensuring that their skills and training continue to bring all clients an exceptional experience when they do business with his office. Built on the values held so highly by Andrew, his team are now recognised as the most experienced, efficient and knowledgeable staff in the area. Andrew’s leadership, support and training has been collaborated in the next breed of Auctioneers, they are polished and professional and can be seen knocking down record prices every weekend in Craigieburn and the surrounding suburbs. His commitment to developing and implementing their business growth plan has seen the office steadily reach new goals and heights.

Outside of real estate Andrew enjoys spending quality time with family and his two young boys. His highly competitive nature flows into his hobbies and love of sport particularly, football, lawn bowls and cricket. He is a strong pillar of the community sponsoring local clubs such as Calder Cannons, Craigieburn Cricket Club and Craigieburn Lawn Bowls Club
